Shaila Ritz
CEO & Co-Founder

Shaila Ritz is the CEO and Co-Founder of Emori Solutions. She leads with a strong people-first mindset, partnering with companies to find the right talent while building long-term, culture-driven partnerships.

Passionate about giving back, Shaila is especially committed to supporting youth and families — an advocacy inspired by her journey as a mom of two autistic children. Her leadership blends purpose, authenticity, and a vision to make a meaningful impact in both business and community.

Nathan Wentzel President & Co-Founder

With more than 20 years of experience in IT staffing and sales leadership, Nathan brings proven expertise in building high-performing teams and delivering modern talent solutions.

Throughout his career, he has helped organizations scale effectively by combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Nathan is passionate about developing strong relationships and creating teams where people genuinely want to succeed.

Together as co-founders and partners in both business and life, Shaila and Nathan have built Emori Solutions on a shared vision: to create a staffing firm that prioritizes genuine relationships, cultural fit, and long-term success over transactional placements.
